Working Hours: Fixed hours, 6 PM to 2 AM

Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into clients through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques.
• Reach out to consumers to promote and sell household telecommunication services.
• Organize and maintain the CRM system, scheduling follow-ups and ensuring timely reminder calls.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs effectively.
• Offer tailored solutions based on the client’s specific needs and capabilities.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in the database.
• Provide daily reports to the Sales Manager and Director of Sales regarding progress and performance.

Qualifications:

• B.A. degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• 1-year proven experience in telesales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
