Job Description:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing clients and setting up meetings.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Company services.
• Update customers’ accounts and database, for future sales, credit, and collection segmentation.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Gather feedback, follow up with customers or prospects, and negotiate/close the deals.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports for the upper management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in Software application/ SAAS.
• English Fluency is a must (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
