Job Description:

• Develop sales activities, balancing objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Implement sales strategy agreed and establish objectives and sales plans.
• Implement and cascade sales plans to expand customers’ base in the market.
• Manage the sales team daily efforts and daily visits.
• Achieve annual budget and forecast
• Implement the business plan and set the clients’ target priority.
• Set the sales targets for each region sales person based on the requirements raised up each quarter and based on the results of the previous quarter.
• Prepare proper reporting system for top management
• Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
