RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
- oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Responsible for department team achievement.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Weekly reports DVR ‘Daily visit report’ and SFA ‘Sales force automation’.
- Age : 30-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy - Bachelor of Science.
- Experience Background: Food and Beverages – Pharma - Cartoon.
- Computer Skills: Excellent in all Microsoft Office
- Language proficiency: Excellent in English
- Experience : 7 years and above
