Responsibilities:

· Identify and target potential clients within the construction sector.

· Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

· Present and demonstrate safety products to potential clients.

· Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

· Negotiate terms and contracts with clients.

· Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

· Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and concerns.

· Develop a deep understanding of our safety products and their applications.

· Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements:

· Engineering degree will be a plus.

· Must be a postgraduate in Business Administration from premier institutes or equivalent institutions.

· Must have 5 to 7 years of solid experience in direct sales, institutional sales B2B sales, etc.

· Proven track record in sales, particularly in the construction or safety products industry.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards is a must.

· Proficiency in CRM software, Odoo (added advantage), and Microsoft Office Suite
