Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales team activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and register customer orders.
• Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain sales and customer records.
• Prepare sales performance reports.
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
• Support marketing related activities.
• Coordinates with customers from ordering to delivery (delivery status, payment, dispatch).
• Maintain material master and pricing list.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Min 2 years of professional experience, in related technical sales function. within the industrial sector.
• Ability to handle technical and commercial topics.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and initiative.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
