Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a national team of merchandisers and promoter supervisors.
• Improve in-store displays to attract and engage customers.
• Maximize shelf space and ensure displays meet company standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to run effective promotions.
• Monitor and analyze in-store performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• 1-3 years experience in sales.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
