An international company located in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Coordinate with the Client and work as an embedded resource to plan and drive secondary sales of all PIL products.
- Coordinate with HO Category Managers and help keep optimum stocks with the client all the time.
- Help the HO Category Team in terms of collection / follow-ups as required.
- Suggest and implement Trade promotions and activities.
- Implement all agreed marketing activities on ground as per HO guideline.
- Work closely with local sales/client team to work out necessary activity plans to support the brands on ground.
- Send and share the activity proposals with HO marketing team to take clearance for budgets and implementation period.
- Help HO team to undertake market research activities
- Send activity reports.
- Send Monthly Marketing MIS
- Continuously keep track of competitive activities in the market and update HO.
- Male management graduates with 4 – 6 years’ experience in marketing and sales from FMCG industry.
- Familiar and ready to undertake marketing activities on ground in close coordination with our local teams ( our own distribution company or distribution partner )
- Fluent in local language and have working knowledge and understanding of English.
- Computer literate and comfortable in making reports and analysis in Excel and word. Knowledge of Powerpoint will be preferable.
- Able to travel extensively across different markets. Personal mobility is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Adequate presentation skills.
