Job Description:

• Ensure to implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Lead, develop, and motivate sales associates to effectively manage and maintain sales and profits.
• Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring that targeted sales quotas and productivity standards are met or exceeded.
• Ensure that sales staff are appropriately trained and competent to perform their job duties.
• Manage & control the day-to-day operations on booths to maintain a great customer experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate effective decision-making and problem-solving skills in resolving sales-related issues.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers to drive sales and meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales and/or business management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
