An international company located in Cairo is hiring a Fleet and Tender Sales Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Fleet / Tender Sales & Marketing
- Tire Tender Information Check for All-Egypt
- Support to supply our Tire Product at as many organizations as possible by tender
- Fleet Information(Tire Customer) Check for All-Egypt
- Support to supply our Tire Product at As many Fleet as possible
- All-Egypt Tire Tender/Fleet information Mapping/List-up
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Bachelor Degree: Business Administration + Automotive Engineering
- Experience Background: Tire/Parts Fleet Sales
- Years of Experience: 7 Years and above
- Computer Skills: Excellent in MS office suit
- Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
