Responsibilities:

• Review monthly KPIs report and ensure all team's KPIs are met.
• Analyze sales and determine growth & cost cut opportunities.
• Direct, coach the supervisors, and handle any customer issues related to the area under their supervision.
• Support the Routing Team on the routes periodically and match actual locations with their coordinates.
• Approve updates of customers' lists and remove non-active customers from the routes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years of FMCG Retail Sales experience.
• Excellent command of English is a must.
