Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and store performance.
• Analyze sales data, forecast future trends, and plan accordingly.
• Handle VIP clients and manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store layout to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with HR to implement performance-based reward systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
• Work closely with Marketing to enhance customer experience and store traffic.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, customer trends, and profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant major.
• 12-15 years of experience in the retail industry preferably in Luxury.
• Proven experience in team management with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and selling abilities.
• High proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
