RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description :
- Achieve the sales required in the area of responsibility
- Promotes the assigned product portfolio, in line with the strategy.
- Implements the activities and strategies defined, to achieve the sales targets, gain market share and meet the related strategic KPIs.
- Identifies new opportunities on the assigned products within existing and new clients to expand the business and ensure channel-filling
- Ensures ongoing interaction and communication with customers, coordinating the market visits with the line manager.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge on the product portfolio and intended use, proactively searching for market information, competitive developments, and transferring them to the Sales teams, in alignment with Marketing.
- Implement sales cycles as needed while assuring good knowledge of the content.
- Communicate on-label medical information to clients.
- Ensures activity planning/reporting and mapping using Salesforce.com, keeping data updated, and ensure that all administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
- Education from the Healthcare sector or a sales related higher education
- At least 1- 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing management in a healthcare environment.
- English & Arabic communication skills (verbal & writing)
- Knowledge of MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Project Management
- Financial acumen
- Customer relationship management
