Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Analyze sales data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Drive strategies for successful market penetration.
• Lead initiatives to acquire new clients online and offline.
• Collaborate with marketing to identify and engage new business prospects.
• Ensure accurate and timely stock reporting.
• Work with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop forecasting models to meet stock requirements.
• Oversee promoter management and training.
• Develop online and offline promotional strategies to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the Promoters team to create and evaluate lead generation strategies.
• Conduct daily sales reviews, promoter check-ins, stock verification, and customer feedback analysis.
• Perform weekly performance evaluations, strategic training, and promoter assessments.
• Complete monthly in-depth analysis, market strategy updates, and budget planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in retail channel management within the Saudi market for hardware technology products is a must.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficient with inventory management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
