Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Medical / Sales Representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Build a positive, high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement effective sales action plans for the district in line with company goals and Identify opportunities to increase market share, expand customer coverage, and optimize territory potential.
• Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to execute regional promotions and brand activations.
• Collaborate with commercial team to ensure product listing and visibility in major accounts/chains and lead accounts activation plans.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded as well as continuously adjust resource allocation to reflect market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or in any related field.
• 1-3 proven experience as District Manager with background in pharmaceutical field.
• V.Good English language is a must.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
