A reputable company located in 5th settlement is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Building & maintaining strong relationship with NPS financial, non-financial & government customers
- Developing, maintaining and executing annual & individual account plans and objectives
- Developing & implementing innovative ideas, programmes or strategies designed to drive NPS volume growth
- Managing contractual commitments & obligations resulting from long-term partnership commitments
- Coordinating & managing cross-functional team participation in support of customer objectives (marketing, products, etc.)
- Education: Finance / Business degree
- Work experience: 10 years in financial services in a senior sales / account management role, experience in card payments is a clear advantage
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
