RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description
- Research, design and implement learning and development programs
- Develop a variety of training materials
- Continuously reevaluating and updating programs as necessary
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures
- Bachelor's degree required
- Srong written, verbal, presentation & persuasion skills in at least 2 languages is required English
- Knowledge of labor laws is a plus
- At least 3 years' experience in learning and development
- Preferable from Suez.
