Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and GCC labor requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance in all HR practices.
• Lead recruitment for industrial roles (technicians, operators, supervisors, engineers).
• Implement performance management systems for factory and workshop staff.
• Align individual KPIs with production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
• Support supervisors and production managers in performance evaluation.
• Coordinate payroll, incentives, overtime, and shift allowances.
• Support productivity-linked incentives and attendance schemes.
• Ensure fairness and consistency across industrial grades and roles.
• Coordinate with L&D on technical, safety, and compliance training.
• Ensure mandatory HSE training and certifications are completed.
• Drive engagement initiatives suited to industrial environments.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in industrial/manufacturing HR.
• Strong experience in factories, workshops, or refinery environments.
• Experience across Egypt labor law; GCC exposure is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with blue-collar and technical workforce.
