Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.
• Oversee personnel operations and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Supervise payroll preparation and coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor attendance, leave balances, and employee benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Must have F&B background.
• Proven experience in recruitment, personnel, and payroll functions.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
