Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full HR function across the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee all HR operations, policies, and strategies to ensure effective implementation.
• Manage recruitment and workforce planning activities.
• Drive the performance management cycle across the organization.
• Oversee training, development, and succession planning initiatives to support talent growth.
• Manage compensation and benefits structures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Develop and analyze HR reports and metrics to support informed decision-making.
• Balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational and advisory

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Manufacturing, textile, or industrial background is a must.
• Experience with SAP HR Module .
• Strong HRIS user with advanced MS Office skills.
