Job Description:

• Supervising all the functions of recruitment for and the senior positions in subsidiary companies to ensure filling the requested jobs
• by the right candidates on the right time at the right cost.
• Supervising the functions of recruitment; searching for and collecting applications of
• potential candidates for company employment.
• Adhering to the recruitment procedures & policy from the stage of receiving the  approved job requisitions, the search for the right candidates who match the job descriptions required up to the stage of job joining.
• Maintaining and developing a solid application data base and classifying the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility.
• Compiling and maintaining a database for local recruitment advertising agencies and
• on-line sites that provide recruitment services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree.
• 4 years of experience in recruitment (Mass recruitment and Managerial Positions).
• Good communications Skills.
• Leadership Skills.
• Target oriented.
• Excellent in English is a must.
