A Big Local company located in Heliopolis is hiring Recruiter / Head Hunter
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Commune with executive clients and understand their recruitment requirements.
- Reviewing and cross examining candidates profiles that match client requirements on a technical and skill level.
- Sourcing candidates to clients using / searching database, advertising and head hunting.
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates through the website and networking, managing multiple researches of different levels, conducting phone interviewing and pre-screens to assess candidates, posting and managing board postings. Interviewing candidates, screen telephone interview, Skype and face to face.
- Sourcing of candidates through internet job boards, as well as performing cold calls in sourcing passive candidates.
- Head hunting calls across different parts of the world.
