RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive business diagnostics to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze business models, market positioning, revenue streams, and cost structures.
- Map and redesign business processes to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement KPIs and performance dashboards to improve decision-making and accountability.
- Design organizational structures that support the client’s strategic goals.
- Build competency models and capability requirements to support future growth.
- Develop grading structures and workforce planning models where needed.
- Lead project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Conduct executive presentations, workshops, and strategy sessions with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of consulting reports, insights, and strategic roadmaps.
- Develop salary structures, job grading systems, and compensation models.
- Connect HR design elements with business strategy, productivity, and financial goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7–12 years experience in business consulting, management consulting, strategy, or organizational transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent command of Excel (financial analysis), PowerPoint (executive presentations), and Visio (process mapping).
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to advise C-level executives.
