Responsibilities:

• Work closely with department heads and leadership to translate strategic goals into measurable KPIs.
• Support the implementation, monitoring, and refinement of KPI frameworks across departments.
• Maintain performance data and reporting tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze performance trends and assist in generating reports to support informed decision-making.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to help teams understand and effectively utilize KPIs.
• Assist in conducting organizational assessments and identifying development opportunities.
• Support organizational development initiatives related to performance, culture, and change.
• Stay updated on best practices in performance measurement and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in organizational development, HR.
• Working knowledge of KPI frameworks and performance measurement tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Fluent English is a must.
