An international company located in New Cairo is hiring an HR Deputy Manager position
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Ensure the recruitment and selection process
- Help achieve departmental goals
- Support with departmental training requirements
- Control costs when possible and assist in meeting financial targets
- Ensure pay reviews/absence monitoring/wage queries are managed in line with company guidelines
- Assist and resolve team member and management queries
- Previous experience in Human Resources in all Functions Mainly (Recruitment & Training) with the same Title
- Fluent in English is a Must
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on their own or in teams
