Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA or master's in a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of human resource management experience is preferred.
• Must possess a combination of strong and effective communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities to support the overall business strategy.
• Should be empathetic and emotionally intelligent to understand and connect with the employees on a deeper level. This helps in building strong relationships with them.
• Must possess strong leadership skills and ethics to manage a team of other HR professionals.
