Job description:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for the local and overseas requests for white and blue collars from End to End.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Sourcing, filtering, screening CVs, interviewing shortlisting candidates depending on the Job profile and position competencies of juniors, seniors, and managerial levels.
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
• Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
• Host and participate in job fairs
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Qualifications:

• 1-3 Years of experience in the same position.
• ​​Excellent command of the English language written and spoken.
• ​Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• ​Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
