Responsibilities:

• Interpret construction drawings, contract documents, and specifications.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings and BIM models (clash detection, LOD).
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, codes (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Elevators), and project standards.
• Coordinate with structural, architectural, and electrical disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
• Verify site work against approved documents and solve technical issues locally.
• Evaluate contractor proposals and monitor work progress.
• Prepare project reports, attend meetings, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage handover documentation (O&M Manuals, Warranties, Asset Registers).
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (QA/QC) and safety regulations (EHS).
• Track documentation and follow-up on approvals (Autodesk Construction Cloud).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with large-scale construction projects (residential/commercial).
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
