Responsibilities:

• Preparing purchase orders after final negotiations with suppliers.
• Receiving the purchase request after its approval by the applicant and his direct manager.
• Submit three quotations for each order.
• Receiving the contract under settlement and executing the purchase process.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must.
• Must have proven experience in the Real estate field as a Procurement Engineer.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Excellence in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
