Job Description:

• Update progress and production of variance reports as required, including critical path and earned value analysis and mitigation proposals.
• Ensure the development of the planning team and project team, including the supply chain, in the processes of planning.
• Presentation and negotiations of program entitlement for additional works where necessary.
• Appraisal and coordination of all subcontractors’ programs and feedback to them on changing main program information.
• Assist in the management of change in regard to impact on programs and progress.
• Prepare comprehensive site layout sequences and prepare presentations as necessary.
• Liaise with the client, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities for all matters relating to planning.
• Knowledge/experience of heavy civils and/or large-scale complex heavily serviced building projects.
• Detailed knowledge of planning complex interfaces across multiple projects.
• Confident in facilitating workshops to develop detailed project plans and for progress monitoring/reporting,
• Experience in Earned Value Management techniques and reporting,
• Experience using Primavera P6 inc. total cost and material loading.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 7 to 10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Planning and project management skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
