A reputable company locate in 5th Settlement is hiring an Arch. Technical Office Engineer position
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description :
- Preparing Architectural shop drawings.
- Issuing RFI’s when required.
- Study the architectural contract documents (IFC, Specs, BOQ, and method of measurements).
- Advice the site technical office Engineers to overcome special technical problems.
- Identifying any part of a design which may adversely affect the constructability or operability of project and suggesting alternative approaches the design process.
- Knowledge of computer-assisted software and tools related to his discipline such as CAD and REVIT.
- Excellent Knowledge of relevant Egyptian and international codes and standards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Excellent analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Departments, other managers, subordinates, and Client (if required).
- Ability to accomplish tasks timely and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to provide concise and clear, written and verbal reports
