Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of Global and local safety rules in wthe orkplace, including but not limited to risk assessments, work permits, and Lock-out/Tag-outs for maintenance activities.
• Monitor and control all maintenance shift-related work orders, ensuring end-to-end management.
• Apply global standards and procedures for work execution and management.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of equipment Key ---Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with all stakeholders and his team to work towards achieving the required targets.
• Monitor equipment repair strategies and shift resources suitability, providing feedback to the Maintenance planning and Managers.
• Ensure effective work handover between shifts.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and coordination of the shift working teams.
• Monitor shift working maintenance and repair costs, ensuring compliance with terminal plans & Budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar working environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in heavy equipment maintenance, especially in mobile equipment such as Trucks, Trailers, reach stackers, empty handlers, ….)
• Good knowledge/experience in electrical vehicle maintenance is preferred.
• CMRP certificate or similar technical certificates would be preferred.
