Responsibilities:

• Site & Schedule Management: Monitor daily progress, allocate labor and equipment, and resolve any issues delaying the project schedule.
• Quality Control: Oversee work execution to ensure full compliance with engineering specifications, construction codes, and approved drawings.
• Subcontractor & Supplier Management: Direct subcontractors, review their payment applications, and coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely material deliveries and prevent downtime.
• Financial Control & Variations: Monitor costs, review quantity surveying (QS), and manage change orders and monthly progress invoices.
• Technical Coordination: Review shop drawings and resolve technical conflicts on-site in coordination with site engineers and the technical office using RFIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in construction site and project management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, crisis management, and on-site problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD), planning software (MS Project / Primavera), and MS Office (especially Excel for reporting and tracking).
