Responsibilities:

• Develop, validate, and manage construction technical strategies aligned with the overall project execution plan and method statements for each work trade.
• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive inter-contractor construction plan and method statements.
• Oversee seamless construction progress by proactively addressing and resolving all technical issues arising during execution.
• Review contractor method statements and work programs to ensure alignment with approved construction methodologies.
• Develop and implement mitigation and acceleration technical strategies to recover lost time and prevent delays.
• Work closely with construction managers, contractors, and planners to ensure all technical matters are properly addressed.
• Manage the technical evaluation of bids in collaboration with the design team and quantity surveyors.
• Proactively identify, resolve, and track potential technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate all construction-related technical issues between contractors, consultants, and the client.
• Lead and conduct regular technical meetings with contractors and construction managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction and engineering sector.
• Proven experience in PM/CM roles and/or construction site operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, and procurement management systems such as Aconex, SAP, or Oracle.
