Responsibilities:

• Act as the sole QHSE representative on site during the initial phase.
• Establish QHSE policies, procedures, plans, and documentation.
• Develop reporting structures, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Conduct risk assessments, JSAs, method statement reviews, and site inspections.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Prepare all QHSE reports, incident reports, and client submissions in English.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
• Coordinate with Site teams, engineers, and contractors on QHSE matters.
• Support client, consultant, and authority requirements.
• Plan future QHSE team structure.
• Support and coordinate the organization’s readiness for ISO certifications through gap analysis and system development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Minimum 7–10 years of QHSE experience, including hands-on site work and system setup.
• Experience in construction / utilities / infrastructure projects.
• Fluent English is a MUST – strong written skills required for professional reporting.
• Below Certifications are highly preferred.
• NEBOSH IGC (mandatory or highly preferred).
• ISO implementation or audit exposure (Lead Auditor is a strong advantage).
• IOSH / OSHA.
