Job Description:

• Perform work activities efficiently while continuously looking for cost-saving opportunities.
• Work to verify the department's HSE vision is infused early into project development.
• Participate in Front End Development.
• Provide construction expertise and assistance for the following:  Opportunity Framing and Risk identification and mitigation
• Promote and drive the involvement of construction in areas of technical design, schedule, and preliminary execution planning and cost estimating.
• Maintain Construction execution plan development and QA/QC planning for field fabrication and installation.
• Work to verify plans are put in place to realize the department's HSE vision.
• Maintain the following after the start of construction (IFC -Issue for Construction): Project performance (safety, environmental, quality, cost, and schedule) and Construction execution plan implementation.
• Facilitate and document construction status meetings and suggest appropriate measures to mitigate construction issues and obstacles to project progress.
• Verify field activities are executed in compliance with plant orders, policies and procedures.
• Coach and advise the Project Engineer and construction specialists (i.e. Construction Coordinators).

Qualifications:

• Gender: Male
• Graduate from Cairo, Ein Shams and GUC universities.
• Years of Experience : from 3 to 7 years experience in similar positions
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
