Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Contractors sector.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Conduct thorough site surveys and needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at contractor firms, engineering consulting firms, and project management companies.
• Act as a trusted advisor and partner to customers, providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) preferred.
• 7+ years of proven sales experience in the contractor’s sector.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment
• Strong understanding of the construction and engineering industry.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Existing network of contacts within the contractors and consultants’ sector.
