Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize production downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts and maintenance services.
• Monitor and manage production processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support for new equipment installations and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and production metrics.
• Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and production efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including quality control, production planning, and engineering.
• Train and support production staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a home appliance factory.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent Command of English written and spoken
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with production processes and equipment used in home appliance manufacturing.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Programs.
