Job Description

• Plan, manage, lead, and control MEP works.
• Develop and maintain the MEP Project design concept by regular review.
• Arrange full construction MEP Installation & planning support during the design phase to maximize constructability.
• Overseeing that the highest standards of health and safety are considered a priority through all stages of the project
• Managing cost reduction/value engineering tasks related to MEP trades.
• Participate in any necessary quality audits in relation to MEP works.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning program and ensure contractor compliance in conjunction with the Supervision Consultant
• Manage the handover of MEP systems to the Operator.
• Manage providing technical replies to contractors' RFI’s and construction team queries related to MEP works received from the site during construction
• Lead problem-solving and resolution of design issues
• Ensure that the design intent and design performance criteria are maintained through the design development and construction process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Previous Experience 10-15 years in high-rise towers (MENA region) or Gulf Area, Class A+ Projects.
• LEED Certification is a must.
• Fluency in English is a must.
