Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with contractors and manage project handovers efficiently.
• Prepare and develop interior and exterior architectural designs.
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using 3ds Max, Lumion, and Revit.
• Edit and enhance design presentations using Photoshop.
• Utilize engineering and architectural platforms for technical reference and design development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits and follow up on on-site activities.
• Supervise and receive finishing items to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in architectural design (real estate/construction field preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, and Photoshop.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization.
• Good understanding of interior and exterior design principles.
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop technical drawings.
• Knowledge of construction materials, detailing, and finishing.
• Strong ability to deal with contractors and site teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
