Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Project HSE Plan tailored to high-rise construction environments.
• Monitor day-to-day safety operations across construction zones and contractor compliance.
• Assist in reviewing contractor safety management systems, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Ensure HSE requirements are integrated into logistics, lifting plans, temporary works, and construction operations.
• Participate in incident investigations and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Support site emergency response (must follow the internal report protocol).
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly HSE performance reports for internal and client review.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on HSE matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of Experience in the construction and engineering sector preferred Exp Experience in hotel projects.
• Experience in PM/CM and/or construction site experience.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws, safety codes, and international safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OSHA).
• Good communication and coordination skills (Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools..
• Certified HSE professional (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA).
• Exposure to Egyptian or Middle East regulatory environments.
