Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all production machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise routine inspections, repairs, and servicing of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and address equipment malfunctions promptly to maintain continuous production.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous impr vvovement within the maintenance department.
• Ensure proper staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is a Must.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Maintenance managerial.
• Excellent in English is a Must.
• Background in FMCG industry.
