Job Description:

• Use high-level perspective to define goals and create a vision for development projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
• Incorporate feature requests into product road-map.
• Create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
• Map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
• Juggle the triangle of scope, budget, and time, weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders.
• Overseeing the actual development of the product in all stages.
• Anticipate the client’s needs to more effectively manage the development process.
• Act as the primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams.
• Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration.

Qualifications:

• Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Technical background with knowledge of software development, web technologies, and mobile development.
• In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles.
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• Experience in RPA applications is a plus.
• Highly-motivated individual with a genuine interest in technology and a passion to deliver cutting-edge products.
• Very strong experience of Agile development.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, team work and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
