Visit all company sites to assure all QHSE policies implementation.

Immediate presence at sites in case of any emergency, fire or accidents in all sites with rescue teams.

Register work injuries in all company sites and follow the process with site supervisors. Set recommendations to avoid recurrence and issue detailed report to his manager.

Perform work injury semiannual and annual statistics to determine shortage sides that needs training to avoid recurrence.

Supervise fire extinguishers and personal protection instruments and all safety tools distribution.

Follow work permit issuance in all sites as well as all QHSE policies implementation.

Correspond all accidents and remarks of site supervisors to all department managers..

Prepare for QHSE monthly committee as well as taking notes.

Record work injury and constitutional diseases and dangerous accidents and report it to HSE office of Labor force and training ministry. 

Attend the health and safety monthly meeting as representative of my company and documented minutes of the meeting.
