Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to develop detailed tender designs and proposals.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bill Of Quantities (BOQ), and pricing schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers to finalize tender submissions.
• Ensure compliance with project deadlines and submission requirements.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate terms and conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.
• +7 years’ experience as a Tender Engineer in architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in tendering processes, cost estimation software, and project management tools.
• Very Good command of English is a must.
