Main Job Duties:

• Preparing preventive maintenance programs and schedules for all electrical systems and following up on their implementation on time and according to the technical principles followed.
• Participates with the work team in developing strategies to improve overall reliability, improve production facilities, and reduce costly breakdowns.
• Directing and supervising technicians to repair faults.
• Carry out preventive maintenance operations on Electrical Panels, Generators, Control Panels, Electrical Room Equipment, Fire System, Fire Alarm, and Parking Barrier Gates.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair all types of equipment, distribution panels, and electrical components including lamps, underground cables, extension cords, internet devices, and replacement of electrical switches and outlets.
• Checking of expense forecasts for maintenance activities and facility renewal.
• Supervising all types of maintenance work (preventive and emergency).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's of Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Needs to be able to handle pressured situations effectively to meet aggressive project schedules.
• Good knowledge of Medium and low voltage.
