"Projects Coordinator and Follow-Up Engineer" is required for a Well-Known Real Estate company located in New Cairo.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project performance and forecast deviations.
- Report project status and compliance directly to the Chairman.
- Coordinate corrective actions across ongoing projects.
- Liaise between departments to support project needs.
- Assist site teams and manage technical correspondence.
- Handle project claims related to delays and variations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
- 15+ years of experience, especially in residential projects.
- Experience in Residential Projects.
