Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial control.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress, financial status, and risk assessments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
• Ensure all project control activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is a Must.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project control, preferably in a healthcare or lab construction environment.
• Strong understanding of project control principles and practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Experience with financial management and cost control.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
