Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the technical team across development, infrastructure, security, and support functions.
• Oversee the design, architecture, and delivery of software solutions and technology platforms.
• Ensure high standards of security, performance, scalability, and reliability across all systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to support operational excellence and business growth.

Requirements:

• 5 years of hands-on IT experience, including expert-level administration of Windows/Linux servers and Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams and coordinate technical workflows in a high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing the design and deployment of scalable software solutions and IT platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and a track record of maintaining high standards for system performance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and evaluating emerging technologies for operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• fluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders for an international client base.
