A reputable company located in Dokii is hiring a DBA Section Head
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description :
- Allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for the database
- Creating primary database storage structures (table spaces) after application developers have designed an application.
- Creating primary objects (tables, views, indexes) once application developers have designed an application
- Modifying the database structure, as necessary, from information given by application developers
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the database.
- Planning for backup and recovery of database information
- Maintaining archived data on tape
- Planning for backup and recovery of database information.
- Backing up and restoring the database.
- Contacting Oracle Corporation for technical support.
- Support the DB, HR applications, In addition to Oracle BI and its DWH.
- Will put the strategy for his function that is aligned with the company strategy.
- Enrolling users and maintaining system security
- Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit
- Language Proficiency:Excellentin Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Years of Experience:4-6 Years
- Experience Background:Experience / good knowledge of Linux system is Plus.
- Good Experience of SQL / Oracle / RAC / Rman.
- Experience in Oracle DB, BI, DWH, HR applications.
